PostPartum Power Hour

Postnatal Rehabilitation Class: From January 2024!


This one hour class at CrossFit Raeda in Thornwood Epping is the perfect way to rehabilitate following your pregnancy and birth. Classes are on a Thursday at 1pm for 6 consecutive weeks and aim to progressively strengthen and mobilise areas that become weak or stiff throughout pregnancy and during the postpartum period (pelvic floor, core, glutes, upper back being some of the main ones!).


Classes are delivered by Zoe Eggleton, Pelvic Health Physiotherapist, and Annie Ottey, experienced Strength and Conditioning Coach and owner of CrossFit Raeda. We will tailor the class to meet your goals (e.g. returning to running) and adapt if there are any ongoing health issues (e.g. rectus diastasis, urinary incontinence, pelvic girdle pain). Expect a mix of cardio and weights and to sweat!
